Hi, how long have you been waiting for your money? I see you're not quite the only one having this trouble. 

When you say it happened to you for the second time, how did it turn out the first time? Did you get the money? If so, after how long? 

I will wait for an answer.

First time I waited over 3 weeks I never ended up getting the money I end up just using it. This time I have waited almost a whole week still nothing as of yet. What can I do or tell them to make them hurry up and process my withdraw?

If you didn't succeed the first time and now you've been waiting for more than a few weeks, I'd probably think twice about opening a complaint. Our team would try to help you and let's see where it goes because I've seen that the casino solves complaints quite often and has a good safety index. 

I would add that we give casinos 14 days to pay the player, but since you had a problem the first time I wonder how it will turn out now. I would recommend not to gamble with the money though. 

What do you think, you'll file a complaint then?

I would recommend to wait a while, I mentioned the 14 days we give casinos, and try to inform about the withdrawal. 

I have one more important question, are you verified in the casino? Also, you have no control over the withdrawal process and there probably won't be much to speed it up, so patience will be what is needed.

However, if nothing happens, you won't have any information, so then I gave you the link in my previous answer (text in green letters) and you can submit a complaint to us and our team will try to help you.

Hi there. Pardon me for saying that, but it is really not that obvious something unfair is ongoing. Perhaps the casino is facing some sort of technical problem, and the staff did not receive precise information they should forward to players. Very common if you ask me.
