Zdravo, imam potpuno verifikovan nalog u NV kazinu i čekam isplate za veoma veliki iznos od 27.11. do danas.


Zbog činjenice da su povlačenja zahtevana, i prema njihovim uslovima i odredbama, morao sam da čekam da se sva odobre do 14.01.2026. To je izuzetno dug period i više od mesec dana, prihvatio sam to i čekao sasvim mirno. Međutim, danas sam dobio obaveštenja da su dva odbijena „zbog tehničke greške".


Otišao sam na ćaskanje da dobijem ove informacije i rekli su mi da ako ih ponovo zatražim, rok za sva moja isplaćivanja se obnavlja za dodatnih 30 radnih dana, zbog veličine mojih isplata. Ovo je više od nepoštene taktike i ne vidim zašto bih kao krajnji korisnik sa potpuno verifikovanim nalogom trebalo toliko dugo da čekam, a još više zbog njihove tehničke greške da moram da čekam na sva isplaćivanja još 30 radnih dana, kada nema garancije da neće smisliti isti izgovor za moja nova isplaćivanja u ovom roku.
