This is one casino which blatantly refused my registration stating that verfication failed. I have not had any issues with any other casino but this. They refused to mention the reason even on asking. I felt that was uncalled for and should inform the reason by denying.
It's quite surprising since it's labeled as a "fair casino" on our website. Have you tried to contact them multiple times? It also depends on the customer support agent that you deal with. Maybe you were just unlucky.
