R2P and I have no idea that’s all they said pretty much, they are operating o it of Costa Rica who doesn’t even have a regulator so i have no idea what they are talking about

All I needed to know - Costa Rica licence isn't legitimate and can't be enforced anywhere in the world. Basically their threats are bullshit.

I have had 3 transactions refunded from the merchant associated and waiting on another 6, they have went silent for now but I think they don’t have a leg to stand on as their own made up terms and conditions confirm I am entitled to a refund due to their incompetence with the situation 🤣

Anyone who has used Instantcasino.com - let me know. There is an active fraud investigation underway and any other evidence I can gather is helpful on top of what I have.

I had to wait for 30 days until my pre arb was finished and then I rang on the day and I was told I had lost it - got the letter from the bank about 3 days after

I will initiate the chargeback.

Have 3 merchants payments of 7K.

The name in the merchant names indicate "skins".

I will go on goods not delivered but the transactions are older than one year.

The bank will ask me what i've ordered. What shall i say?

I believe they raised the chargeback incorrectly - I asked them to raise as incorrect MCC and they raised as visa code 13.6 which has nothing to do with anything - so I’m deciding now weather to raise with Fos or not or if I’m just giving up cause I’ve had enough

Ok maybe chasing up worked against you as if it went over the time limit you would have won them as they may well have forgotten about it the merchant I mean I always wait till well over the timeframe before chasing it up to make sure

I still told them about casino, but then also said that the merchants making it look like im paying for goods and services that I never got

I am in communication with one of these fake companies and I am currently in a back and forth with them. I am playing the game that I didn’t receive my purchased product and the fake company is playing it back. We both know I didn’t ever purchase anything off them but they quite clearly are willing to play the game. I am just hoping that I have enough evidence to win the case or get a refund as the company know for a fact I didn’t receive anything.

Ok on the 30th day did you not say you chased or was it before that they had replied and the bank just never told you bit confused lol

Ye I chased with my bank on the 30th day and they told me over the phone that the merchant had replied - I never chased with the merchant or casino

i probably think that’s because the merchant didn’t reply until the last minute - same when I raised the chargeback they waited until day 28 to reject it ! Just more games from them

Yes me i have had numerous transactions and numerous fraudulent attempts made on my credit card after registered on this site i had to cancel card
