I have been waiting for a withdrawal for nearly a month to my Skrill account. When I contacted them by live chat they said the funds had been released and I should see payment in 2 to 3 days. 

I never received this and Skrill is normally instant and they have had no payment from them. I got a transaction number from the casino saying withdrawl was done when it was not. I feel like they have put into someone’s else’s Skrill account but I can not be sure. 

When I live chat them (everyday) I get the same reply - it’s been investigating and sent to the relevant department and I will get a email when they have an answer for me. 

They will be able to see where the funds are as they are the ones that processed my withdrawal and clearly they were not to me this isn’t my problem.

They sent me a transaction withdrawl receipt that has my deposit money but a random email where they deposited the funds into. This email was not mine that Skrill account was not mine.

I feel they should give me my money I won and work out the issue as it’s obviously their stuff up not mine.

I got similar complaint about this platform from another user. Similar issues as yours, if you don't mind you could explain your situation in more detail I'll definitely help you get it all out. It's what I do, send me a message

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with the casino. According to what you described, it's an unusual situation for me, because the casino told you that they sent you money, but it didn't arrive in your account. Maybe there was just some mistake or misunderstanding, which I hope the casino will let you know after they investigate. Have you ever made a withdrawal at this casino ? If so, have you ever had a similar problem ?

Anyway, I think a month is a long time and I would recommend you to file a complaint, which could be helpful in this case. I think the casino has a pretty high safety index and could try to resolve your situation. 

Nevertheless, if the money arrives in your account or if you learn any new information, please let us know.
