Dobar dan, pokušavam da izvršim isplatu na Playio-u skoro mesec dana, od 29.04.2025. i uopšte ne mogu. Već sam nekoliko puta kontaktirao čet, a i putem e-pošte, ali nemam odgovor, više ne znam šta radim. Uvek mi otkazuju isplatu, kažu da nije njegova krivica, već je do obrade, ali ne rešavaju problem, a sada me loše tretiraju preko ćata kada ne znam, izgovor koji mi daju, čak traže i ručnu isplatu, a prošla je nedelja dana bez odgovora i bez mogućnosti da izvršim isplatu.

Zdravo! Zatražio/la sam isplatu u petak, 30. maja, i tek tada sam video/la sve negativne kritike. Da li postoji nešto što mogu da uradim da sprečim da isplata traje duže od tri nedelje? Trebalo bi da traje samo tri dana... Nisam dobio/la odgovor na imejl, a ćaskanje uživo uopšte ne radi!

Dobro veče, već nekoliko dana pokušavam da pronađem rešenje sa ovim kazinom, a onda su mi otkazali isplatu, poslao sam im poruku i odgovorili su da je sve u redu. Ponovo su me pozvali sledećeg dana kada sam uplatio novac i rekli mi da je verifikacija ispravna, a sada mi govore da su mi poslali imejl i da ga još uvek nisam primio. Šta će se desiti? Bojim se da je u pitanju prevara. Stalno otkazuju isplatu. Probao sam u banci i rekli su mi da mogu da primim novac na svoj račun. Podaci koje sam uneo bili su tačni. Sve je u redu. Pokušao sam da pronađem rešenje i razgovaram sa ovim kazinom, a onda su me povezali sa drugim predstavnikom. Pozvali su me telefonom, rekli su mi da mogu da ih kontaktiram i telegramom, ali se tamo nisu javili. Probao sam sa novcem 27.5. ako se ne varam i rekli su mi u poruci da ću ga dobiti u petak ili ponedeljak. Danas je utorak i ne razumem šta mi govore. Ne možeš biti toliko ozbiljan kazino da ne možeš da podigneš 500 i 400 evra, neprihvatljivo.

Moram da se složim sa svima vama oko negativnih iskustava. U ponedeljak sam uplatio oko 300 evra, a onda sam se predomislio i odlučio da želim da zatvorim nalog. Pisao sam podršci i zamolio ih da zatvore nalog. Oko sat vremena kasnije, pozvao me je austrijski broj. Rekao je da je moj menadžer u kazinu i pitao me da li želim da se predomislim. Rekao sam da i dobio malo povrata novca. Nastavio sam da uplaćujem 800 evra, osvojio 3.000 evra, a kada sam hteo da podignem prvih 500 evra, moj nalog je blokiran. Od tada nisam dobio nikakve odgovore na imejlove od podrške, a ćaskanje uživo me ponovo upućuje na podršku. Moje pitanje: Da li postoji mogućnost da ponovo igram tamo i možda podignem neki dobitak? Može li mi neko pomoći?

Ovo se desilo u ponedeljak, pre tri dana. Nisam dobio nikakva uputstva. Jednostavno su mi blokirali nalog usred igre.

Još nisam dobio odgovor. Imam samo zahtev za zatvaranje naloga, a zatim i imejl koji je kasnije stigao od VIP menadžera Linusa sa povratom novca o kome je razgovarao sa mnom preko telefona. Mislim da se cela stvar dogodila samo zbog Linusa, koji me je preko telefona ubedio da ne moram da brinem o licenci. Jednostavno nisam trebalo da ga poslušam i da nastavim sa uplaćivanjem.

Da li treba da vam pošaljem imejl sa zahtevom za zatvaranje?
