This is the bet i did and activated the bonus in big bass!then i had some winnings on the 5th spin of 10 total and it popped out and when i logged in i found no bonus no spins left and not money earned!joke really!!and i cant watch the replay somewhere!

Zdravo, napisao sam pre nekoliko dana da se malo plašim za stranicu i sada kada se danas navršava 14 radnih dana od kada sam poslao dokumente koje su tražili a oni ništa ne verificiraju, rekli su mi da je moja fotografija sa mojim lična karta i ja smo to poslali poštom jer su mi tako rekli i tokom tih dana prvo su mi rekli od 24 sata do 72 sata, zatim od 3 dana do 5 pa od 5 do 10 i sad su mi na kraju rekli od 15 do 30, ne znam ako neće da mi plate ili tako nešto jer ih inače ne razumem, strašna stranica, molim vas ako možete da mi pomognete

Već sam razgovarao sa njima, rekli su mi da uradim isto što su mi rekli u mejlu, uradio sam to i još uvek je tako; Ja sam im to rekao i oni su mi rekli da su već razgovarali sa osobom koja je za to zadužena i da će mi poslati mejl i za sada ništa, ne znam da li će mi poslati ili da se popuni vreme jer su mi navodno rekli da će mi zatvoriti račun ako ga ne verifikujem u 30 dana od kada sam poslao dokumente, i dobro, uložio sam novac tamo i bilo bi jako loše da stranica tretira svoje klijente da način samo za pobedu

I know it's not the best practice, but to me, it seems you're about to be in a rush, so have you tried to access the account from a different browser or device? Maybe an icognito mode might also help. It may work for the files to be uploaded.
