Good to know. I made 2 cashouts, one’s pending after 2 days, I decided to cancel the other smaller one (200€) because I saw that I’m close to a new VIP level with 100 EUR 15x wager.

I reached the level right before I run out of the 200€, but the bonus wasn’t credited, asked chat and they said my bonus/deposit ratio was too high so they turned off my bonuses😂 could’ve at least let me know in an email, that was literally the only reason I cancelled that cashout and lost the 200€
