I believe that's it. While other websites rely on user feedback from the very first impression, we take a different approach by focusing on complaints and confrontations. It is not always effective.

However, we had an internal discussion and I presented that, from a player's perspective, several casinos with sky-high Safety Indexes are acting at least a bit strangely lately. We agreed that complaints have been pilling up and as far as I can tell, we aim to push to the highest casino managers' rank to share our stance and ask a few questions.

It's not like we don't care; it just slow.

However, our Data Team does not plan to change the Index criteria. The problem remains; we do not intend to impose any penalties until everything is thoroughly investigated and discussed with both sides.

As I said, I understand the contradiction; if you seek a different approach, I get you can hardly be pleased here.

Zaista je neverovatno. Već sam poslao fotografiju moje bankovne kartice na zahtev, a sada traže sledeće:


„Potrebno je da pošaljete potvrdu o vlasništvu nad vašim bankovnim računom, gde bi vaše puno ime bilo vidljivo. Da li ste poslali dokument u ispravnom obliku gde je vaše puno ime vidljivo od 18. juna?"


Verujem da je ovo deseti traženi dokument. Mogu samo savetovati protiv ovog kazina ako zaista žele da zadrže svoj dobitak.

Nisam dugo gledao ovde jer je moj slučaj rešen.

Pitao si šta sam uradio. Samo sam čekao i morao sam samo jednom da pošaljem svoju ličnu kartu. Zaista se nadam da će Guru tim nešto preduzeti povodom ovoga; očigledno su pomoćnici ovde kontaktirali šefove u vezi s tim. Ti odvratni gadovi iz Sneča nikada više ne smeju biti ocenjeni kao „dobri".

Ovaj klovnovski kazino zaslužuje samo mržnju i zatvaranje, ništa više!

I think we are all trying but sometimes it's just not possible to please all the players and everything will be according to them. 

We understand when someone doesn't agree with something, but we always try to find the most universal and proven way, which we've had for some time. 

It doesn't have to be that nothing will ever change, it just has to be thought through before it is implemented. 

But there will always be someone against it. 

Nevertheless, I hope that everyone will do well.

Ukupno je zatraženo najmanje sedam različitih dokumenata u različitim formatima. To su poslovne prakse slične mafijaškim od preuzimanja kazina.

Hi again. Sadly, the situation with Snatch and the other one, Iwild, is more or less the same. The contact sporadically responds; he was actually on vacation, hence no one else could pay attention to the complaints due to that. However, the casino pays at the end. The rest is just still the same: not very effective casino management.

As long as the casino pays, or players either lose their money or choose not to submit complaints, there is not much that can be done. As I was told. 🙁
