Znaš, prolazim kroz ovo sa tobom (i još desetak ljudi) već kao čitava večnost. Tako da, iskreno sam srećan što konačno vidim da se nešto pokreće. I nama je ponestalo strpljenja, a kazino je to osetio. To je pomoglo.
Pritisak definitivno može da funkcioniše. Ali, da budem iskren, mi kao administratori foruma ne možemo mnogo da uradimo na samom forumu kada smo sami tamo, zar ne? Ono što je ovde zapravo napravilo razliku su žalbe. Kada igrači jasno i čvrsto iznose stvari u procesu žalbi, to stavlja pritisak na ljude koji zaista mogu nešto da promene. I upravo se to ovde dogodilo. Žalba je imala smisla, tenzija je bila prisutna, a odgovorni su počeli da traže izlaz.
Za sada, drago mi je što forum nije pun neplaćenih slučajeva i što kazino i dalje, barem koliko ja znam, odgovara na žalbe podnete preko nas. Nadajmo se da će tako i ostati.

You know I’ve been going through this with you (and about ten others) for what feels like forever. So yeah, I’m honestly glad to see something finally move. We ran out of patience too, and the casino felt that. That helped.
Pressure can definitely work. But to be fair, there’s not much we as forum admins can do on the forum itself when it’s just us in there, right? What actually made a difference here was the complaints. When players put things clearly and firmly in the complaint process, it puts the pressure on the people who can really change something. And that’s exactly what happened here. The complaint made sense, the tension was there, and the people responsible started looking for a way out.
For now, I’m just glad we’re not seeing the forum full of unpaid cases and that the casino is still , at least as far as I know, responding to complaints submitted through us. Let’s hope it holds.
