If it is still about sports betting as the casino stated, it will be counterproductive to reopen the complaint with us because it will most likely be rejected again. 

Anyway, as far as the links you have been offered are concerned. Be sure to ask support for a second one, as they will be best placed to advise whether it is possible or not. 

As for the last third link you mentioned, I think that even though there are a lot of unresolved complaints from the casino, it's worth at least a try. The links are not necessary. 

So give it a try and let us know how it went for you.

No, it is not about sports betting, it is about self exclusion and reopening of the account.


As I stated in the case, I played sports the same way and in the same style in all my time by the vendor.


The only difference is, in the first 6 months before self exclusion, I played both sports and casino.

After coming back from self exclusion I stopped playing the Casino, and played only sports. After trying the withdrawal I was flagged and blocked.


Conclusion:

- You can play Casino and sports as long as you keep losing and don't try more withdrawals than deposits

- If you don't play Casino for a while and try only sports we don't want you and we shall block you and take your funds.

This is the text book example of the predatory behavior, which is also ok, it is their right to let me play or not, but it is not within their rights to steal the remaining funds.

The casino themselves wrote I lost more money in Casino games then the sum of my deposits. And when that stopped, suddenly they have a problem with how I play sports (btw. I play it only way possible, use the odds they give, with the limits that they give, that's all).


That is why this is the casino case:


If the sportsbetting is the constant during my whole playing time, and the casino playing is the variable, then it is the casino matter, no matter what Suprabets try to sell to remove the subject to closed.

You say it's about self-exclusion but I still have the feeling that it's also about sports betting and since you were betting and as you said you didn't play the casino, then I think the complaint will end the same way. 

As for the reopening, you will have to do that in your complaint. If you have additional information to prove, then you can do so. But if this case and the additional information is again in the sports betting story, I am afraid the end will be exactly identical.

I think you are simplifying too much the elaborated explanation that I presented.

It needs to be looked as a total behavioral pattern, and it is very much connected with the Casino, and Casino games or if you like it, the lack of playing the Casino games for a small period of time.


This was the main and only reason for flagged account and blocked funds.


As I said, betting is not interesting here since it is the constant from my opening of the account to the moment of blocking.


The only thing that changed, is the lack of Casino playing, so Suprabets said, oh he only plays sports now for a while, and he made some money, ok we don't want to pay you your withdrawal request, we are activating the flagging and blocking.


Why?


Because we can and you can't do nothing about it.

Yes they tend to that, especially if you tried the withdrawal.

They will try to tell you here that it is your fault and that there is nothing to be done.

Also, the Casino gets to keep their good rating above 8 for some reason, while some others that always pay out have significantly lower ratings.


You can at least spread the word about their ongoing scam.

Hi, can you describe what problem you had in this casino ?

From the screenshot I have a feeling that you sent it to another licensing authority as this casino does not have a Curacao eGaming license. According to our system this casino is licensed under GCB license. Is it possible that's why you received this email and should write to the correct one ?

You sent your email to www.curacao-egaming.com and apparently suprabets has a licence at www.gaming-curacao.com.


And the second site is not working and it is really not clear to whom should the complaint be sent.


Casinoguru please help, can you make the casino answer these questions.

Well, I'm sorry if this case is from last year and you didn't manage to solve anything. Did you try to file a complaint only against the regulator ? 

Anyway, I think that if you tried to take it to the right licensing authority, you wouldn't get anything for it even if it ended in a rejection. At least you can say you tried everything.
