Trebalo bi da se zovu Guru Slots... jer uvek nisu u stanju da reše prevare ove kazino prevare.

Casino Guru team is enabling this behavior due to their ratings of the Casino, and ignoring everything that is supposedly related to sports bets. Suprabets uses this and simply writes this is sports related, please ignore. If you played 99.9% casino games, and made 1 bet of 1$ for fun, it can be sports related.

And this is the answer that Gaming Curacao Complaints Department gave me, after this they ignored all further questions, so I don't consider the correspondence as confidential anymore (they were warned).

The first few points are sporadic and impossible to prove anything, I have the right to place any bet or to play any game they offer in the Casino, and put any amount I want. I like to have round remaining sums at my account, so I put bets in decimals.


Interesting thing is, I used VPN only sporadically for other reasons, Online safety when I log into my banking accounts, but they are openly addmiting the existence of arbitrage tracking software - detection tools. How does this comply with player privacy and safety and how are they exactly detecting the third party softwares?

Just let me correct you here, please. We do not ignoring, nor enabling this kind of behavior, as you said. We simply to not have any brunch dealing with sports betting yet and that is why we are not able to provide this kind of expertise. Thanks for your response, I just think that since you can't check sports issues, Casino can simply declare any issue as a sports issue just to avoid further inquiries.

My main point was in my second post, in the answer from Gaming Curacao, where they mention detection tools for tracking players activities on their devices.

One day without any previous warning or being limited, you could not log in to your account, as it has been suspended, and they took all your funds?

I would never compare people's lives to online gambling; it is really inappropriate.

The current issue is that gamers who are only interested in sports betting fail to notice that we only review casinos. Despite the fact that there is no information of this kind on the website, they typically assume that the Safety Index covers the casino's sports betting operations as well.

We are unable to handle complaints related to sports betting for the same reason that Romi stated.

All I wanted to do was be fair and square. Thus, would be highly unfair to comment about betting patterns for betting.
