Kada sam se registrovao, slučajno sam stavio svoje korisničko ime umesto zvaničnog imena. Razgovarao sam sa podrškom i rekao da su to promenili u svom sistemu. Nakon što sam malo igrao i sa stanjem od 870~ evra, pokušao sam da potvrdim svoj nalog za isplatu gotovine. Razgovarao sam sa podrškom i rekao da će odeljenje za finansije izvršiti ručnu proveru zbog problema sa imenom. Posle više od 24,h dobio sam e-mail da je nalog onemogućen i da je odluka konačna. Sada ne mogu da pristupim nalogu i nakon što sam poslao e-poštu podršci u vezi sa mojim problemom. Nisam dobio ni jedan mejl o svojoj situaciji. Ukratko, uložio sam novac bez KIC-a bez problema. Čim zaradim nešto novca, moj nalog je onemogućen, a novac je verovatno nestao, pa otuda i duhovi. SCAM
