Zdravo, to je možda zasnovano na njihovoj odluci, ali ne mogu vam sa sigurnošću reći šta se tačno krije iza toga. Kazina ponekad pribegavaju ovome, ali je važno da ste unovčili i da imate račun sa 0, tako da tamo nemate novca. Ako ovi uslovi nisu ispunjeni, onda račun ne treba zatvarati.
Rekao bih, ili mislim da jeste, da jedan od razloga može biti kada igrač dobije mnogo novca, a gubici nisu tako veliki. U tom slučaju mogu da zamislim da bi se nešto slično moglo desiti, ali očigledno razlozi mogu biti drugačiji. Kazino ih verovatno neće reći, pa je šteta jer bi ponekad bilo prikladno objašnjenje.
Dakle, kazino je smislio ovo, da, zatvaraju vaš račun? 🤔

I would say, or I think it is, that one of the reasons can be when a player wins a lot of money and the losses are not so big. In that case I can imagine that something similar could happen, but obviously the reasons could be different. Kao što smo u više navrata pokušavali da vam objasnimo, ono što još uvek doživljavate kao neki oblik pravde daleko je od pravedne perspektive. Bojim se da se ništa nije promenilo.
