Why they lie about instant withdraw about security n safety of player
It's something to review n share so no one can be tripped n stuck again in shit like that

When casino hostage your money and mentioned in their terms withdraw is instant but the fact is too different then it's a dangereuse crime against any players
We play gambling trying to win not for fun we do pay our own money with the only guarantee from casino but when that guarantee become a way to hostage your money it's breaking the law of gambling

Sadly, I have to disappoint you, we deem restricted country is not a reason for refunds if the casino let you play without restrictions. I would normally suggest contacting the licensing authority, which sometimes decides in favour of players from your country. Sadly, this one is unlicensed, so there is actually very little to do.
I'm truly sorry for bringing up such a bad news.

I have not the slightest idea, and if you ask me such an approach never ends happily for both parties.
Imagine the gambling business is the most competitive environment I know, so when a casino loses its credibility or trust in the player's eyes, retrieving it back is almost impossible. 🤷♀️

Ok that is sad ! I also never got paid out and they use fake software as for this 14 day checks with the provider I doubt this ever happened !

Additionally, if this casino truly ignores players' complaints, I bet they won't listen even if we would support your point of view. Unlicensed casinos with lower ratings simply don't have to care much, because aside from another rating drop, there are no further consequences for them. Sad but true if you ask me.

Can't say I disagree, though I think it's fair to consider each situation separately. I can honestly say that when any constructive criticism becomes far too general, the point is lost quite easily.

This Casino has a pattern already of finding excuses not to pay big winners. Not to mention they are false advertising claiming there is no kyc even on large withdraws. I would like to see proof of 1 large withdraw that wasn't kyc. I won $21,000 and tried to withdraw for 2 weeks. They never paid. It's a joke.

They asking you for kyc and telling me they checking with provider then they will say we cheated or we didn't play fair under their rules because the only rule they keep on it " no pay out at all" wait wait wait

Yes I seen your story terrible it seems like a clear pattern of not paying if over a certain amount and laying a trap for you to keep playing or using some unknown rules to not pay you out check with the provider my arse that is lies ! I was only winning back the money I had put in so not even a win but I soon realised its a scam !
