Did you provide transaction numbers and bank statements? They won't do anything without those. The other lot - PayDo - are resisting a bit, but I'm confident I can get them to take action.

Yeah, they reached out to the website and have said that because the website have said o received services they won’t do anything.

I'll let you know how I get on. The point isn't about service provision, it is about miscoding transactions and they will know that and are trying to fob you off.

I have found grotbooks and my date they are the same registered company in London use duck duck go owners info on company house I can't find anything for smpaypf *Theplatinum or Ets*wave or Helpersm*op anyone with any info would be great. But what I did find out is the transactions are processed in the UK as I have an international block on my card and gambling block when I spoke to bank to ask why they allowed the payments to be processed they told me that the payments where requested from a UK registered company in £ and they then converted it into € even though I entered €on site that's how they got around system you can search my dates on company house uk and grotbooks on. Duckduck go also if you go to my date Web page both addresses are the same. I Have sent slotmonster another email with my findings requesting my deposits back from the 18th as I requested account closure and they didn't close my account and allowed me to deposit €1400 and play for 24hr solid but in that period actually log me out so I was playing dead spins it was over 700€ before I realised there was an issue and came out of the game I play the game regularly so I know the frequency of the bonuses on the game when I came out the game I was actually logged out. I know I didn't log out as you have to go through 2 pages to do so I was fuming bank won't admit there liability even though international block was on account and the transactions went through as international transactions. UK gambiling commission has blocked site from Google for illegally trading without licences they advised they had licence. When I tried to log in blank screen so I contacted support to confront them about lying about licence and requested my refund due to them illegally trading and not shutting my account down when requested. I also stated that they where commiting fraud due to using random merchants to override blocks. They basically lied again saying they where fully licence and they had shut my account down. I told them they where lying as they had been closed down by Gc and sent them proof from Google block. Next minute I got this aggressive man on. Phone from macadonia telling me to send me the Google information and they where licenced so I sent them a copy and a search for their licence in the ukgc. Licence register and curacao zilch unlicensed what I did find was that they are a registered company in Costa Rica and they don't have licences they just registered companies. I will get my money back

I went through all the buissness registered at 85 portland st where my date and grotbooks are registered and I couldn't find them but what I did find is a payment service on 1st floor at same address called simply pay me which is a payment service for small buissness I have transactions on my account with smp*the platinum and more wild guess this is it

I submitted a chargeback for the platinum but they refunded me before the chargeback went through. I’ve got the contact details for platinum and my dates

I addressed the email to both grotbooks and mydate as they are both same registered company use duck duck go and search grotbooks and get info for contact as you won't find it on Google 👍
