Thanks to their shady banking system with incorrect merchant codes you can fight back easily and return the favor by filing chargebacks which in many cases are won resulting in a (full) refund of your deposits lost to this casino.

Ili bolje rečeno, ako se tamo registrujem, ne znam da je kazino nelegalan. Ali ako ja to znam, to je namerno i svesno i svako pravo na refundaciju ističe.
Međutim, ako se registrujem u kazinu ne znajući za licencu, prihvatam rizik gubitka novca. Shodno tome, interesi obe strane su bili zadovoljeni. Osnovna ideja je: igraj i pobedi.
U nekoliko slučajeva ovde je isplata na čekanju, većina je izgubila novac.
Međutim, vidim od pružalaca platnih usluga da su se neki od njih već kockali nekoliko meseci ranije i da su se ponovo kockali uprkos tome što su znali da je dozvola nezakonita. Zato što su provajderi usluga novi. Stoga je licemerno od korisnika (neću imenovati imena) da tvrde da su prevareni.

If you do know it is a different discussion. But some casinos (at least for The Netherlands) target the market through Dutch affiliates and don't say anything about legal/illegal.
Fact is that as long as there are problem players there are rogue casinos that will try to benefit from this by opening new casino brands to lure the same players.
