GCB još nije počeo da se bavi pritužbama jer za to još ne postoji formalna procedura. GCB trenutno ima za cilj da uspostavi politiku žalbi čim novi zakon stupi na snagu. Kada je to slučaj, objavićemo to na ovoj veb stranici.
Unapred ističemo da GCB neće ispitati sve žalbe. Na primer, GCB nema ovlašćenje da rešava sporove između podnosioca žalbe i optužene strane i da rešava potraživanja ili dosuđuje odštetu.
Samo ako pritužba ukazuje na kršenje važećih propisa, ovo se može dalje ispitati.
Predlažemo da u svakom trenutku tražite pravni savet za sve tužbe koje imate prema vlasniku licence ili drugoj strani ili stranama.
Imajte na umu da svi nosioci licenci i strane koje posluju pod njihovom odgovornošću treba da se u svakom trenutku pridržavaju zakona, uključujući propise o BPPN/BPFT i odredbe o dozvolama i najbolje prakse koje su primenljive na njih. Svako kršenje zakona može u svakom trenutku dovesti do administrativnih, krivičnih ili građanskih mera".
Pa kako kazino može biti licenciran pod ovim regulatorom, a regulator čak ni ne prihvata žalbe?!

The GCB has not yet started handling complaints as there is no formal procedure for that in place yet. The GCB currently aims to have a complaints policy in place as soon as the new legislation enters into force. When this is the case, we will announce it on this website.
We kindly point out in advance that the GCB will not investigate all complaints. For example, the GCB does not have the authority to adjudicate disputes between the complainant and the accused party and to settle claims or award damages.
Only if a complaint indicates a violation of the applicable regulations, this can be investigated further.
We suggest that at all times you seek legal advice for any claims you may have vis-à-vis the license holder or other party or parties.
Please note that all license holders and parties that operate under their responsibility should at all times comply with the law, including AML/ CFT regulations and the permit provisions and best practices that are applicable to them. So how can a casino be licensed under this regulator but the regulator doesn't even accept complaints?!
