I played vulcan vegas and had €600 in my account, but my wife and older daughter played it months ago... When I wanted to cash out... I was blocked and told that I had several profiles...

They sent a message that they would block me if I gave up the money....

What can I expect?

I won't complain because the rules were clearly broken (one household can only have 1 profile)... But I would like if the KYC is done by the wife or one of the children or myself, to be considered as a different profile...

I decided to leave the money. They opened my profile ... KYC is done ... one of the profiles is blocked ... Other profile is not ... Here where I have KYC done, they told me that I can play ... Will they not consider or from now on the other two profiles? They can punish me again if I hit a win - by taking away my money...

I wouldn't be worried in this case. You're allowed to use the account that remains open, the other one is closed. You can also take a screenshot of the reply from the casino when you were in touch with them and I can also see a pending reply from the casino in your complaint. Once the reply is approved and visible for you as well, you can take a screenshot of it. It also confirms what you already described here. You're still allowed to use one of your accounts and the KYC is complete.
