Poštovani timu za korisničku podršku,


Kontaktiram vas da rešimo žalbu u vezi sa neizmirenim plaćanjem. Više od 7 dana čekam da mi se isplati saldo, što je za mene izuzetno frustrirajuće.


Moji detalji o transakciji su sledeći:

- Iznos: 3500

- Datum zahteva za povlačenje: 14.3.2024

- Korišćen način podizanja: kreditna kartica


Uprkos tome što sam nekoliko puta kontaktirao vaš tim za korisničku podršku, nisam dobio zadovoljavajuće rešenje. Stoga tražim da se moj zahtev za povlačenje odmah obradi.


Očekujem da moj novac bude prebačen na moj račun što je pre moguće. Pozivam vas da rešite ovaj problem jer, kao lojalan kupac, očekujem pouzdano i blagovremeno iskustvo usluge.


Unapred se zahvaljujem na brzoj pažnji i nadam se pozitivnom rešenju ovog problema.

I would recommend being patient for now even though I know it is not easy.

Do sada sam dobio samo isti izgovor od korisničke službe da se izvinjavaju zbog kašnjenja. Međutim, već je prošlo 16 dana i još uvek nisam dobio isplatu. Molim za pomoć jer je ovo zaista dosadno.
