Sledeću opkladu sam stavio nakon što sam deponovao $129 na svoj gamdom račun. Uložio sam $129 opkladu na ovu višestruku opkladu sa 3 lega. Nakon što su 2 lega pogodile, bio sam zabrinut da se finalna utakmica neće igrati jer sam ranije imao problema sa ovim sa gamdomom. Pa sam ih kontaktirao i pitao da li se igra ne igra da li mogu da isplate opkladu ako se ne igra.
Međutim, utakmica se igrala i bila je skoro na pola puta i bila je u velikoj meri u moju korist sa mojim izborom ukupnog broja poena blizu već 3/4 puta.
Podrška za gamdom nije ispravno protumačila ono što sam tražio i naterala je provajdera igre da u potpunosti otkaže moju opkladu. Ovo je rezultiralo isplatom u iznosu od 129 USD. To znači da su poništili celu opkladu koja nije tražena, iako su 2 lega multi-a pogodila, a preostala noga je bila blizu udarca.
To nije bilo ono što je traženo. Kasnije su odlučili da mi pošalju dodatnih 264 dolara, što je ukupno 393 dolara, što je još 359 dolara manje od 752 dolara koje su mi dugovali da je opklada bila uspešna. Nikada nisam tražio da se poništi ako se igra igrala. Samo sam pitao da to nije poništenje. Ali kao što možete videti iz rezultata igrano je i utakmica je počela dobro i istinito pre nego što su poništili opkladu.
Ovo je neverovatno nepravedno ono što su uradili i nisam želeo da idem ovako daleko da rešim problem jer sam kontaktirao podršku u vezi sa ovim pokušavajući da ga rešim sa menadžmentom bez ikakvog uspeha.
Nisam želeo da ovo radim jer je ovo prvi problem koji sam imao sa gamdomom i kladim se sa njima svaki dan i volim platformu. I dalje savetujem ljudima da se klade sa gamdomom jer su oni fantastična platforma. Međutim, morao sam da otvorim ovu kartu zbog onoga što se dogodilo da bih pokušao da je rešim. Pokušao sam da kontaktiram Felika na društvenim mrežama, ali bez ikakve sreće. Želim da nastavim da se kladim sa gamdomom i da imam pozitivan odnos sa njima, ali moram da se zauzmem za sebe tamo gde verujem da su me maltretirali.
Sve što tražim je da mi se plati 359 dolara za opkladu. Podrška uživo je trebalo da potvrdi sa mnom pre nego što reagujem da li sam želeo da bilo kakva opklada poništi ako se igra igra. Pošto ovo nije ono što sam tražio, bez obzira na to potvrda bi uvek trebalo da bude prisutna u bilo kom uglednom poslu. Što gamdom definitivno jeste. Razumem da se greške dešavaju i samo želim da se ovo reši.
Želeo bih da se ovo reši sporazumno i da nastavim da koristim gamdom kao sjajan kazino za kockanje na mreži kakav jeste.
The following bet was placed by me after i deposited $129 into my gamdom account. I placed a $129 bet on this multi bet with 3 legs. After 2 of the legs had hit i was worried about the final game not being played having had issues with this before with gamdom. So i contacted them and asked if the game is not being played if they can payout the bet if its not being played.
However the game was being played and was almost half way over and was heavily in my favour with my selection of total points close to already being hit 3/4 of the way through.
The gamdom support did not interpret what i had requested correctly and got the provider of the game to cancel my bet entirely. This resulted in me being paid out as per my balance $129. This means they voided the entire bet which was not asked, even though 2 legs of the multi had hit and the remaining leg was close to being hit.
This was not what was asked. Later they decided to send me a further $264 making it a total of $393, still $359 short of the $752 i was owed for the bet being successful. I never asked for it to be void if the game was being played. I only asked if it wasn't to void it. But as you can see from the results it was played and the game started well and truly before they void the bet.
This is incredibly unfair what they have done and i didn't want to have to go this far to address the issue as i contacted support about this trying to resolve it with management without any success.
I didn't want to have to do this because this is the first issue i have had with gamdom and i bet with them everyday and love the platform. I still advise people to bet with gamdom as they are a fantastic platform. However i had to open this ticket due to what had happened to try get it addressed. I did try contact felix on socials but without any luck. I want to continue betting with gamdom and have a positive relationship with them but i have to stand up for myself where i believe i have been mistreated.
All i am requesting is the $359 be paid to me for the bet. Live support should have confirmed with me before actioning if i wanted any bet void if the game was being played. Since this is not what i had asked regardless confirmation should always be present in any reputable business. Which gamdom definitely is. I do understand mistakes happen and just want this resolved.
I would like this resolved amicably and continue using gamdom as the great online gambling casino that it is.
