Imam problem sa gkmble.com. Nažalost, nisam bio svestan njihove bezbednosne ocene pre nego što sam se registrovao i prijavio sam se da ih koristim nakon što sam dobio mnogo, MNOGO, promotivnih e-poruka. Ni u jednom trenutku nije završen KIC.
Proverio sam njihovu veb stranicu i na njihovoj početnoj stranici stoji da su licencirani i regulisani.
Napravio sam nekoliko depozita, ali sam nakon nekog vremena primetio da je RTP stopa znatno niska u poređenju sa drugim sajtovima koje sam koristio. Takođe sam primetio da se svaki put kada sam otvorio pragmatiku „Kuća za pse", ona resetovala umesto da nastavi sa prethodnom igrom, što je izazvalo zabrinutost.
Takođe je bilo alarmantno videti da su se depoziti u mojoj banci prikazivali kao nasumični trgovci trećih strana, a ne kao sam kazino. Imam blokadu kockanja na svom nalogu koju su ove transakcije mogle da zaobiđu zbog nasumičnih kodova trgovaca.
Malo sam kopao i shvatio da uprkos tome što tvrde da su licencirani i regulisani, oni to nisu i da ne postoji proces eskalacije sporova van njih samih.
Kontaktirao sam korisničku podršku tražeći od njih da zatvore moj račun i povraćaju depozite uplaćene do danas.
Tada sam dobio e-poštu od njihove korisničke podrške u kojoj se navodi da sam sada na crnoj listi i da povraćaj novca neće biti problema.
Osećam se kao da je ovo lažno oglašavanje i da sam shvatio da su nelicencirani i neregulisani nikada se ne bih prijavio sa njima.
Možete li mi dati savet koji je najbolji način da se dobije povraćaj sredstava pošto se moje e-poruke sada ignorišu?

I am having an issue with gxmble.com. Unfortunately I was not aware of their safety rating prior to sign up and signed up to use them after receiving many, MANY, promotional emails. There was no KYC completed at any point.
I checked their website and it states they are licensed and regulated on their home page.
I made a number of deposits but after a while I noticed that the RTP rate was considerably low compared to other sites I have used. I also noticed that every time I opened pragmatics "The Dog House", it had reset itself rather than continuing on from previous game play which raised a cause for concern.
It was also alarming to see that the deposits were showing on my bank as random third party merchants rather than the casino itself. I have a gamble block on my account that that these transactions were able to bypass due to random merchant codes.
I done some digging and realised that despite claiming to be licensed and regulated, they are not and there is no dispute resolution escalation process outwith themselves.
I contacted customer support asking them the close my account and refund the deposits made to date.
I then received an email from their customer support stating I have now been blacklisted and that a refund will not be issues.
I feel like this is false advertising and had I realised that they were unlicensed and unregulated I never would have signed up with them.
Could you please advise the best course of action to obtain a refund as my emails are now being ignored?
