Šaljem vam žalbu na HIPER KAZINO na razmatranje u vezi sa oduzimanjem mog stanja u iznosu od 315 evra.
U početku mi je kazino poslao zahtev za verifikaciju, ali nisam uspeo da završim onlajn verifikaciju. Čim sam poslao izvod iz banke i ličnu kartu u kazino na verifikaciju, iz kazina su mi odmah poslali mejl u kome su me optužili za kršenje pravila koja nisam prekršio.
Insistiram da nisam znao i nisam mogao unapred da znam ishod utakmice. Oslanjao sam se samo na svoju unutrašnju intuiciju.
Nije mi dostavljen nikakav dokaz da sam nekako unapred obavešten o ishodu utakmice!!!
Kazino mi je zadržao 315 evra.
Ispoštovana je tužbena procedura za razmatranje prigovora u skladu sa pravilima kazina.
Molim vas pomozite mi da vratim mojih 315 evra.

I am sending you a complaint about HYPER CASINO for consideration regarding the confiscation of my balance in the amount of 315 Euro.
Initially, the casino sent me a request for verification, but I was unable to complete the online verification. As soon as I sent my bank statement and ID Card to the casino for verification, the casino immediately sent me an email in which they accused me of violating the rules, which I did not violate.
I insist that I did not know and could not know the outcome of the game in advance. I relied only on my inner intuition.
I was not provided with any evidence that I was somehow informed about the outcome of the game in advance!!!
The casino withheld my 315 Euro.
The claim procedure for considering complaints in accordance with the casino rules was followed.
Please help me return my 315 Euro.
