Učinio sam to, oni su mi tada sa tim zahtjevom rekli da moj račun treba provjeriti. Poslao sam potrebne dokumente, ponovno mi je verificiran račun. Tada mu je rečeno da je povlačenje ponovo obrađeno.
Sad su mi jutros poslali e-poštu i rekli mi da trenutno ne mogu izvršiti isplate putem devizne doznake i koristiti kripto. Ne želim koristiti kripto. Bankovni prijenos naveden je kao prihvaćeni tip prijenosa, želim to koristiti.
Ovaj je casino potpuna šala. Korisnička usluga je užasna i niko tamo ne zna šta radi.
Sad sam e-poštom pitao kada će nositi povlačenja za transfer da li će biti ponovo dostupan.
I had verified my account and successfully had withdrawals in the past.
After telling me that the withdrawal had been processed and returned from bank they told me that I will need to re-request the withdrawal. I did this, they then told me with that request that my account needed to be verified. I sent in the required documents, had my account re verified. Was then told that the withdrawal had been reprocessed.
They have now emailed me this morning and told me that they are unable to complete withdrawals via wire transfer at the moment and to use crypto. I do not wish to use crypto. Wire transfer is listed as an accepted transfer type, I want to use this.
This casino is a complete joke. The customer service is terrible and nobody there knows what they are doing.
I have now emailed asking when wore transfer withdrawals will he available again.
