19. novembar je bio prvi dan kada sam deponovao na Lalabet.
Saznao sam da mi je nalog blokiran kada sam svom Vip menadžeru poslao žalbu koja mi je preusmerila gomilu drugih e-mailova. I tog dana kada sam želeo da se prijavim da govorim preko chat bota, shvatio sam da je moj nalog blokiran.
Uglavnom sam igrao igre uživo i slotove. Nikad se nisam bavio sportom ili nečim sličnim.
Do sada sam uplatio €25.246,64 i podigao €16.480,00. Nikada nisam prihvatio nikakve bonuse.
Tražili su KIC dokumente nakon moje žalbe. Rekao sam im nekoliko puta da sam ih već poslao pre 3 nedelje. Insistirali su da ponovo pošaljem svoja dokumenta, što sam sada i uradio i čekam odgovor.
Zaista ne znam kakve sve ovo ima veze sa time što želim svoj novac nazad, ali oni su profesionalci u traženju informacija, ali amateri u davanju informacija

I learned my account was blocked when i sent my Vip-manager a complaint which redirected my a bunch of other e-mails. And that day when I wanted to log in to speak via chatbot i realised my account was blocked.
I played live games and slots mostly. Never played sports or anything like that.
I have deposited €25.246,64 and withdrew €16.480,00 so far. Never accepted any bonuses.
They asked for KYC documents after my complaint. Told them a few times I already did sent them 3 weeks ago . They insisted I send my documents again which I now did and now waiting for a response.
I really don’t know what all of this has to do with me wanting my money back but they are professionals at asking for information but amateurs at giving information
