ich habe vor zwei Tagen einen Betrag von 1600 Euro gewonnen nach gefühlt 500 Einzahlungen. Ich habe ganz normal mit crypto eingezahlt und wollte es womit crypto wieder auszahlen lassen, was eigentlich normal ist. Mein Konto ist verifiziert und es dürfte eigentlich keine Probleme geben.
Dann wurde mir erzählt, dass es nie länger als ein Tag Dauert um die Auszahlung zu bestätigen, aber bei mir waren es über 30 Stunden bis es genehmigt worden ist und plötzlich gab es technische Fehler obwohl die Auszahlung genehmigt worde. Ich habe über 30 Stunden gewartet und bin in den livechat gegangen und habe mich beschwert und plötzlich wurde die Auszahlu genehmigt, aber mir wurde erzählt dass der livechat Auszahlungen nicht genehmigen kann.
