Vratio sam se sa vestima kao što sam obećao.
Kao što je naznačeno u mom prethodnom postu, pod normalnim okolnostima, mogli bismo to smatrati neopravdanim i odbiti pošto ste izgubili svoja sporna sredstva igrajući u kazinu. Međutim, o tome se interno razgovaralo sa timom i našim menadžmentom i doneli smo jednoglasnu odluku i zaključak.
Ne možemo prihvatiti pristup kazina po ovom pitanju, i smatramo da su njegovo upravljanje i postupak nedovoljni i netačni/neupravljani, iz očiglednih razloga, dok ipak razumemo vašu frustraciju i nezadovoljstvo. Stoga smo, čak i nakon gubitka spornih sredstava, odlučili da slučaj ipak klasifikujemo kao „nerešen" i shodno tome smanjimo rejting/„indeks bezbednosti" kazina (manje crnih tačaka nego inače s obzirom na celu situaciju).
Voleo bih da mogu biti od veće pomoći. Iskreno se nadam da se više nećete susresti sa ovakvim problemom.

I am back with news as I promised.
As was indicated in my previous post, under normal circumstances, we could consider it unjustified and reject it since you lost your disputed funds by playing at the casino. However, the matter was discussed internally with the team and our management, and we came to a unanimous decision and conclusion.
We cannot accept the casino's approach in the matter, and we consider its management and procedure insufficient and incorrect/unmanaged, for obvious reasons, while we understand your frustration and dissatisfaction after all. Therefore, even after the loss of the disputed funds, we decided to classify the case as 'unresolved' anyway and decrease the casino's rating/'safety index' accordingly (fewer black points than usual considering the whole situation).
I wish I could be of more help. I sincerely hope you will not come across a problem like this again.
