Prilično sam siguran da sam završio sa klađenjem 17. septembra. Zato što sam istog dana podneo zahtev za povlačenje i istog dana dostavio svoja dokumenta.
18. septembra dobio sam e-mail od kazina koji potvrđuje da se moja verifikacija pregleda.
Nekoliko puta sam kontaktirao podršku za ćaskanje u vezi ovoga, mislim.
25. septembra sam im poslao mejl sa pitanjem zašto verifikacija traje toliko dugo. Dobio sam odgovor istog dana da su primili moju poruku i da će odgovoriti na nju ubrzo (2 sata). Nikad ništa nisam čuo.
Moj poslednji kontakt sa Kazinom je bio 2. oktobra. Gde sam verifikovao svoju adresu e-pošte. Dok moji dokumenti još uvek nisu potvrđeni.
Onda nisam ništa čuo nedeljama.
Onda sam nameravao da se prijavim na svoj nalog negde krajem oktobra/početkom novembra. Da onda pronađem svoj nalog zatvoren i ne mogu da se prijavim.
Prijavio sam se nekoliko puta pre nego što sam našao da se moji dokumenti za verifikaciju još uvek pregledaju.
Nisam dobio nijednu e-poštu od kazina nakon što je moj nalog zatvoren.

I'm pretty sure I finished wagering it on the 17th of september. Because I applied for a withdrawal the same day, and delivered my documents the same day.
18th of September I got an email from the Casino confirming my verification was being reviewed.
I contacted the chat support a couple of times about this, I think.
On the 25th of September I sent them an email, asking why the verification was taking so long. I got a reply the same day saying they had received my message, and they would reply to it shortly(2 hours). Never heard anything.
My last contact with the Casino was Oct. 2nd. Where I verified my email address. With my documents still not being confirmed.
Then i heard nothing for weeks.
Then i was going to log in on my account some time at the end of October/beginning of November. To then find my account closed, and not able to log in.
I had logged in several times prior to find my verification documents still being reviewed.
I have not received any emails from the Casino after my account was closed.
