Podneo sam zahtev za povlačenje 22. avgusta, a proces povlačenja je završen 25. avgusta. Nisam dobio nikakvu e-poštu o ovome, ali sam to potvrdio na svojoj ličnoj stranici i takođe me je uverila podrška za ćaskanje da je proces plaćanja završen.
Međutim, od 2. septembra sredstva nisu deponovana na moj bankovni račun. Uprkos stalnom postavljanju pitanja o ovome, tek sada sam obavešten da Inpai, kompanija za posrednička plaćanja, očigledno još nije izvršila uplatu.
Žao mi je što mi je na ovo skrenuta pažnja tek 7 dana nakon što je rečeno da je proces povlačenja završen.
Iz nekog razloga, od mene je zatraženo da dostavim svoj bankovni izvod kako bi oni istražili Inpai – povinovao sam se, iako pomalo zbunjen.
Rečeno mi je da neću dobiti odgovor do sledeće nedelje zbog vikenda, što mi daje više od 10 dana bez mog povlačenja.
Pored ovog značajnog kašnjenja, izgleda da su male šanse da se povlačenje uopšte desi pod maskom „istrage", tako da bi svaka pomoć bila veoma cenjena.

I submitted a withdrawal request on August 22nd, and the withdrawal process was completed on the 25th. I didn't receive any emails about this, but I verified it on my personal page and was also reassured by chat support that the payment process had been completed.
However, as of September 2nd, the funds have not been deposited into my bank account. Despite continually asking about this, only now have I been informed that Inpay, an intermediary payment company, has apparently not made the payment yet.
It's regrettable that this was only brought to my attention 7 days after the withdrawal process was said to be completed.
For some reason, I was asked to submit my bank statement in order for them to investigate Inpay—I complied, albeit somewhat perplexed.
I was told I wouldn't get a response until next week because of the weekend, landing me with over 10 days without my withdrawal.
On top of this significant delay, there seems to be little chance of the withdrawal happening at all under the guise of 'investigation', so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

8月22日出金申請し、25日出金手続き完了となりました。こちらはメールなどはなくマイページから確認し、チャットサポートでも支払い手続きは完了したと言われました。
しかし9月2日現在銀行口座に着金していません。何度も問い合わせしてますが、今日になってInpayという中間決済会社が支払っていないというような内容の事を言われました。
出金手続き完了から7日経ってからこのような事を言われたのは遺憾です。
そして何故かInpayへの調査をするために銀行明細書提出を求められ不思議に思いながらも提出しました。
週末だから来週以降の回答になると言われたので、10日以上未出金という事になりそうです。
かなり遅延してる上に調査と題して出金される見込みが薄いので対応頂けたら幸いです。
