1. juna 2023. godine podigao sam 340 €. Nakon 2 dana su hteli KIC, sada ovo radim po treći put. Promenio sam isplatu 06.06.2023. na 220 evra i od tada čekam svoj novac. Svakog dana smišljaju druge izgovore da se moj KIC samo obrađuje iako čekam nedelju dana. Molim za podršku. Hvala puno
On June 1st, 2023, I made a withdrawal of €340. After 2 days they wanted a KYC, I'm doing this for the 3rd time now. I changed my payout on 06/06/2023 to €220 and have been waiting for my money ever since. Every day they come up with other excuses that my KYC is only being processed even though I've been waiting for a week. I ask for support. Thanks very much
Ich habe am 01.06.2023 eine Auszahlung in der Höhe von 340€ getätigt. Nach 2 Tagen wollten sie ein KYC dieses mache ich jetzt zum 3mal. Ich habe meine Auszahlung am 06.06.2023 geändert auf 220€ und warte seither auf mein Geld. Jeden Tag kommen sie mir mit anderen Ausreden das mein KYC erst bearbeitet wird obwohl ich schon 1 Woche warte. Ich bitte um Unterstützung. Vielen Dank

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
