Hvala vam puno što ste podneli žalbu. Iako razumem vašu frustraciju, želeo bih da naglasim da svaki kazino ima drugačiju politiku bonusa i sistem nagrađivanja, i njima je dozvoljeno da odlučuju ko ima pravo da učestvuje u njemu, a ko ne. Izvinjavam se, ali ne možemo da kaznimo kazino zato što vas je isključio iz svog bonus programa, niti smo u poziciji da prisilimo kazino da vam dodeli bonuse. Mogu samo da vam preporučim da pronađete kazino koji bolje odgovara vašim zahtevima za bonus i da se uzdržite od kontaktiranja kazina jer su jasno stavili do znanja da neće udovoljiti vašim zahtevima.

Although I understand your frustration, I would like to emphasize, that each casino has a different bonus policy and reward system, and they are allowed to decide who is eligible to participate in it and who is not. I apologize, but we cannot penalize the casino for excluding you from their bonus program, nor we are in a position to force the casino to grant you bonuses. I can only recommend that you find a casino that suits your bonus requirements better and refrain from contacting the casino as they have made it clear that they will not accommodate your requests.
