Više puta sam pokušavao da kontaktiram kazino, ali nisam dobio nikakav smislen odgovor od njihovog tima. Bez njihove saradnje ne može se mnogo postići. Pošto kazino radi bez važeće licence i ne odnosi se ni na jednu ADR uslugu, nema ovlašćenja za igre na sreću kojoj se možete obratiti.
Vašu žalbu označiću kao „nerešenu" u našem sistemu. Razumem da ovo nije zadovoljavajuće rešenje za vaš problem, ali smanjenje rejtinga kazina izazvano nerešenim žalbama bi moglo da podstakne promenu u njihovom pristupu. Ako kazino odluči da odgovori, ponovo ćemo otvoriti žalbu i obavestiti vas e-poštom.
Da biste izbegli slične situacije u budućnosti, preporučujem da izaberete kazina na osnovu njihovih recenzija i ocena i da se udaljite od ovih kazina jer izgleda da pripadaju istoj kompaniji.
Žao mi je što ovog puta nismo mogli biti od veće pomoći.

I have repeatedly tried to contact the casino but have not received any meaningful response from their team. Without their cooperation, there isn't much that can be achieved. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.
I will mark your complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue, but the decrease in the casino's rating caused by unresolved complaints could prompt a change in their approach. If the casino decides to respond, we will reopen the complaint and notify you by email.
To avoid similar situations in the future, I recommend choosing casinos based on their reviews and ratings and steering away from these casinos as they seem to belong to the same company.
