Just so you know, if the casino has valid reasons for closing a player's account they are entitled to do so, however, if the player has not breached any rules the account balance should be paid to the player prior to closing such account.

We have no reason to believe that someone has gained access to his account, the client is solely responsible for deposits and withdrawals to the correct payment methods that he chooses when making transactions.
