I was informed that the withdrawal limit is $800 per day. Meaning it would take over a month to process this. That's if it is perfect and not double ups of asking for information which we have seen happens frequently in other reviews. This is completely different to the publicly promoted amount.
I simply want to have this withdrawal processed in a timely manner to allow me to have trust in this casino and play it in the future. I also was told I could queue multiple withdrawals at once however the website prevents this from happening despite advertising it.
Please just help process the withdrawal in a fair and reasonable timely manner. I can provide any and all information required to speed up the process.
If it is not processed in a timely way I will need to escalate the matter.
