Dopunio sam sa svoje kartice, uplata je zamrznuta, internet banka je pokazala da će uplata biti obrađena u roku od 7 dana ili ako prodavac to ne potvrdi, novac će biti vraćen na račun. Otkazala sam uplatu jer nisam htjela čekati. i novac je odmah vraćen na moj bankovni račun. i napravio sam još jedan depozit za ovaj de iznos, koji je odmah pripisan na moj račun za igre.
i nakon par dana kazino mi je samostalno naplatio prvu uplatu koju sam otkazao. kao rezultat, imam -20 eura na bankovnom računu, ali novac nije primljen na moj račun ... pitanje je gdje je moj novac? napisao 5 emailova u 3 dana. ni na jedan nije odgovoreno. odvratna usluga korisnicima!!!
