They never paid my wins my KYC was done properly and verification also. I’ve sent more verification when they ask to send a video of myself holding my infos. It’s been 3 month and they keeping me 11 411 usd. At the beginning they told me my account was under investigation and to wait couple weeks which I did and now they said to wait 6 months. I never withdraw any money and my account is locked for I don’t know why !
