Isplata mi je zatražena 20. 2. i otpremila sam dokumenta istog dana, ali odgovor koji sam dobio prvi put je 24. 2., traže od mene slike moje kreditne kartice, i ja sam postavljena istog dana, a juče Dobio sam odgovor da kažu da im još nedostaju dokumenti, u vreme nakon što sam postavio dokument, pitam korisničku službu, oni mi odgovaraju da su dokumenti primljeni i traže da sačekaju, kako to da sam juče dobio mejl koji pokazuje da još uvek nedostaje?

u ovom trenutku stvarno ne razumem zašto su me pustili da čekam ovoliko, a da još uvek trebam bilo šta.

Mislim da samo žele da zadrže sve više nepotrebnih zahteva za odlaganje isplate!

nakon pregleda fotografija vaše kreditne kartice, primetili smo neke nedoslednosti koje zahtevaju dodatno pojašnjenje.
Konkretno, primetili smo sledeća neslaganja na fotografijama koje ste dali:
Slika #1: Čini se da su brojevi i ime na kartici bili izloženi redovnom habanju, što je rezultiralo izbledelim brojevima i ogrebotinama na imenu.
Slika #2: Čini se da je ime na kartici u savršenom stanju, dok brojevi ostaju izbledeli.
Slika #3: Čini se da je kartica u odličnom stanju u celini, sa izuzetkom CVV-a, koji je promenjen u drugi font, a brojevi su pomereni bliže jedan drugom.

Bio sam totalno šokiran kada sam video ovu smešnu poruku, izvršio sam zamenu kartice 25.
Dana 3/9 Ducki Lucki mi je poslao još jedan e-mail za više zahteva da zadržim svoju karticu i napravim selfi (ovaj put sam već dobio novu karticu, tako da kartica nije ista kartica od prvog puta) zato je boja osvetljenost stepen oštećenja je različit.
Već sam poslao odgovor istog dana!

I was required the payout on 2/20 , and uploaded the documents on the same day ,but the response I got first time is 2/24, they request me for my credit card pics , I was uploaded the same day too, and yesterday I got response they say they still missing the documents, at the time after I uploaded the document, I asking the customer service , they answer me the documents was receive and asking to wait , how come yesterday I got the email showing still missing ?

I was totally shocked when I saw this ridiculous message , I did make the card replacement on 2/25 ,
On 3/9 ducky lucky sent me another email for more requested that asking me to hold my card and take a selfie (this time I got the new card already , so the card is not the same card from first time) that’s why the Color brightness extent of damage is different .
I was already send the response with the same day!
