Oni su izmišljeni i izgleda da su još uvek u svemiru. Ćaskanje je bilo beznadežno, nije ga bilo briga, nije htelo da pomogne, slao je podršku preko e-pošte gazilion puta i svaki put bio odbačen i sa drugačijim izgovorom. Neće mi vratiti prvobitni dobitak na koji sam sada podneo zvaničnu žalbu.
Unfortunately, if I could give a zero feedback rating, I would. Extremely poor customer service ("oh well" attitude if something is wrong/incorrect). Massive problem with a bonus where everything was totally the opposite to their website bonus terms and conditions, yet these other terms and conditions were not supplied to me nor on offer email. They’ve been made up and still seem to be in outer space. Chat was hopeless, didn’t care, wouldn’t help, emailed support a gazillion times and get brushed off and with a different excuse each time. They won’t restore my original winnings of which I’ve now lodged a formal complaint.
