It’s rare that I find a casino who’s so responsive and honest.

Pros:
Not only did they honor the terms of their bonus, but they also responded to all of my concerns in a timely manner.

Support was super helpful. Also, I got my withdrawal within 72 hours which is a lot faster than other casinos who say they have a quick turn around time.

They also can handle your (Know Your Customer) KYC verification in real time as opposed to having to go back-and-forth between another department. You just have to ask the chat to verify your information.

Cons:
Their game selection is on the weaker side mainly because they host those unpolished run of the mill type games. For me, they makeup for it with European blackjack which is one of my favorite games; it has a nice ambiance while you play.

Bonuses for existing players are somewhat difficult to come across.

Overall, I had a great experience with a casino that I wasn’t initially too sure about. I hope others get to experience this. I personally have been having a good experience and will keep them as one of my favorites.

I had to update this review. I believe fair-is-fair. My positive review of customer service aside, I should warn potential customers that their bonuses come with very high play-through requirements with a really low payout. They gave me, for example, 62 free spins for depositing on Tuesday. Here’s the message they provided

"The amount of the bonus was $25.64. Any winnings from this bonus up to a maximum of $25.00 will be redeemed to your cash balance once playthrough is met. Terms and conditions may apply to any withdrawal you request after completing this bonus.

The initial bonus amount of $25.64 is not redeemable for cash.

You have achieved $0.00 of $1,538.40 playthrough required."

That’s really unhinged. I’m not sure how that works if I win it because you need a minimum of $100 to withdraw. The only frame of reference I had was when I first signed up and was told I could withdraw a maximum of $150 from bonuses, but that message certainly doesn’t clarify things.

This casino could be so much better. But these insane wagering requirements unfortunately hold casinos back more than they help especially for those who make frequent deposits.

You have to be exceedingly careful with this casino.

They’re one of those casinos who will limit the bonuses you can redeem, i.e., you have to make deposits in between redemptions. You also cannot redeem bonuses in succession no matter how long it’s been in between redemptions. A deposit is required unless otherwise stated.

During the play through of your bonus, you can only play a maximum hand or bet of $10.00.

They will do nothing to ensure that you don’t accidentally redeem bonuses successively; and they will not cap your gameplay at $10.00 per bet or hand during your play through if you claim a bonus. You have to be mindful.

They confiscated $200 worth of winnings over those two mistakes I made.

They have sent me contradictory emails about whether or not my profile was validated. I got an email saying it was but then I get an email today saying my selfie with my photo ID was too blurry. Keep in mind, this does absolutely nothing to actually help with security, anti-money laundering, etc. In my situation, my IDs were completely the same. There’s no denying it at all.

You have to be wary of these terms and conditions prior to playing because they will not take any responsibility for not using the proper tools to ensure their very own terms and conditions require.

Avoid their casino.

There was a discrepancy with a bonus and playthrough requirements, but before leaving a review - try going through Casino Guru. They are more likely able to connect you with an agent of the casino you’re attempting to reach and be sure to have screenshots of your issues so Casino Gurus and the casino can understand the trouble you’re having.

While it’s not ideal that I had to seek out this information online through a Google search — I’m sure agents are dealing with many people contacting them. I’m not sure if they can develop a better system to facilitate better ways to respond, but Crypto Loko were at least willing to hear me out and we resolved the issue

I’d avoid using this casino because of the wagering requirements. They are one of those casinos who will say you earn point for a rollover instead of counting your actual wager. It’s impossible to beat it. I lost $25.00 with them.

Don’t get me wrong; their customer service is great. I just want people to know their play through requirement is astronomical. It’s not even something you can get close to on your luckiest day. I don’t recommend them but they are casinos which I know has a difficult give and take. I won’t use them.
