S obzirom na ove činjenice iu skladu sa našim T&C paragrafom 5.1, kompanija ovo jasno tumači kao izbegavanje verifikacije i odlučila je da zatvori sve račune:
„U slučaju odbijanja ili izbegavanja KIC/AML uslova (pružanje falsifikovanih, uređenih dokumenata, nedostavljanje dokumenata itd.), kompanija ima pravo da sa suspendovanog računa naplati mesečnu naknadu za održavanje u iznosu od 100 (sto ) EUR, otkazati u potpunosti ili delimično klijentove opklade, dobitke i bonuse na svim računima, odbiti vraćanje deponovanih sredstava, blokirati račun, nadoknaditi sve nastale troškove iz stanja Klijenta. Ako klijentov nalog ostane suspendovan duže od 365 (trista šezdeset pet) dana i/ili stanje iznosi 0 (nula) EUR, neće biti dodatnih troškova i možemo zatvoriti vaš nalog po sopstvenom nahođenju."
Imajte na umu da je proces verifikacije standardna KIC (Knov Iour Customer) procedura, koja je neophodna da bismo osigurali bezbednost naših igrača i nas samih.

Please note that we gave you the reasonable and sufficient time to provide identification documents. However, you failed to provide a passport within 37 days of the request.
In view of these facts and in accordance with our T&C paragraph 5.1 the company clearly interprets this as evasion from verification and decided to close all the accounts:
"In case of refusal or evasion of the KYC/AML terms (provision of forged, edited documents, non-provision of documents etc.), company has the right to charge from suspended account monthly maintenance fee in an amount of 100 (one hundred) EUR, cancel wholly or partially the Client's bets, winnings and Bonuses on all accounts, refuse to return the deposited funds, block the account, compensate all costs incurred from the balance of the Client .
