After posting a negative review about these problems, the casino offered me compensation (to fix the transaction issues and pay me back which took weeks and tons of communication with different people) if I removed the negative review, which I accepted in good faith, hoping they'd address the underlying issues. My repeated attempts to get answers only yielded vague statements about "security checks" and "regulatory requirements" without any clear timeline or assurance. They quickly locked my account after my winnings but took no responsibility for the delays, bonus issues, or the complete lack of transparency.
I regret accepting their compensation offer, as it’s now obvious that their real issue - a fundamental lack of respect and professionalism toward customers - was never addressed. It seems Run4Win is more focused on limiting payouts than on providing a fair and transparent experience.
If you’re considering playing here, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Their approach to handling customer complaints, account suspensions, and withdrawals is, at best, unprofessional and, at worst, downright deceptive.
