- They don’t ever try any scam techniques or loopholes to avoid paying you (I had this with many much higher rated casinos)

- Customer service are so empathetic and friendly but keep it professional (shout out to chat, Ryder and Ian who helped me fix a minor issue recently)
- The only thing that could make it better is instant withdrawals but you can’t have everything!
