Pre 7 dana podneo sam 2 povlačenja. Prvi je bio 3000 dolara, drugi 10 000 dolara. Ranije sam verifikovao nalog i pre ovih podnesaka napravio sam veliki broj značajnih povlačenja.. Oboje su ušli u fazu čekanja, a zatim su se nakon nekoliko dana vratili na kazino račun kao "obrada "Na nekoliko e-poruka sa upitima tek treba odgovoriti. Čini se da nema druge ustanove da ih direktno kontaktira. Sve što mi je potrebno su neke informacije da objasnim proces, ako postoje neki problemi koje treba da ispravim sa moje strane, i objašnjenje kako ovo značajno povlačenje nije moglo da se obradi kao prethodna povlačenja? U ovom trenutku ovo nije žalba ili negativan aspekt, više frustrirajuća situacija iz iscrpljenih pokušaja da se sazna šta se ovde dešava?
7 days ago I submitted 2 withdrawals. The first was a $3000 , the second was a$10,000. I have verified account previously and prior to these submissions made a number of significant withdrawals.. They both went into pending stage,then after a few days returned to casino account as "processing "A few emails of enquire are yet to be answered. It seems there is no other facility to contact them directly . All I require is some information to explain the process , if there are any issues that need rectifying on my part, and an explanation as to how this substantial withdrawal couldn't be processed like the prior withdrawals? At this point this isn't a complaint or a negative aspect more a frustrating situation from exhausted attempts to know what's happening here?
