Problem je bio kada sam počeo da radim KIC verifikaciju, poslao sam sve što traže na ispravan način i kontaktirao podršku da pitam koliko je vremena potrebno za verifikaciju, odgovor je bio da sam od 24 do 48 sati maksimalno čekao 48 sati, i kada sam video da li je moj nalog već verifikovan, moje iznenađenje je bilo da nije, ponovo sam kontaktirao podršku i njihov odgovor je bio da su mi rekli prema njima da je potrebno od 24 do 78 sati. Pustio sam da prođe 78 sati i opet ništa. Kontaktirao sam ih i rekli su mi da će me u roku od jednog dana obavestiti mejlom, sledećeg dana sam se prijavio da proverim da li sam već verifikovan i moje iznenađenje je bilo da prema njima imaju problema u svom sistemu i da sam ja da ponovo pošaljem svoja dokumenta jer su podaci i dokumenti iz tih dana izgubljeni, šaljem ih, čekam 78 sati, i ništa, kontaktirao sam ih i njihov odgovor je da je 78 radnih sati. Pustio sam dane da prođu i ponovo sam se prijavio i već sam bio verifikovan, zatražio sam bonus putem ćaskanja uživo i rekli su mi da će me u roku od jednog dana obavestiti e-poštom sa podacima da dodam kod za dobijanje bonusa, ja neka prođe 2 dana a nisam dobio nikakav mejl, do sada je prošlo 3 nedelje otkako sam se registrovao a nisam ni dobio bonus, pa ne gubite vreme... ne vredi ako je ovako na početku ne mogu da zamislim šta bi se desilo ako bih tražio povlačenje, radije ne bih to koristio.

El peor casino que he visto, me registré queriendo aprovechar el bono sin depósito que ofrecen y todo bien en el registro. El problema fue cuando inicie a hacer la verificacion KYC, envie todo lo que piden de la manera correcta y contacte a soporte para preguntar el tiempo que demoran en verificar, la respuesta fue que de 24 a 48hrs como máximo, espere las 48hrs, y al ver si ya había quedado verificada mi cuenta, mi sorpresa fue que no, contacte nuevamente a soporte y su respuesta fue que me habían dicho según ellos que demoraban de 24 a 78hrs. Deje pasar las 78hrs y nuevamente, nada. Los contacto y me dicen que en el lapso del día me notificarian por correo, al día siguiente ingresó para comprobar si ya había quedado y mi sorpresa fue que según ellos tuvieron problemas en su sistema y que debía de enviar nuevamente mis documentos porque se perdieron los datos y documentos de esos días, los mando, espero 78 hrs, y nada, los contacto y su respuesta fue que eran 78hrs hábiles. Deje pasar días e ingrese de nuevo y ya había quedado verificada, solicito el bono por el chat en vivo y me dicen que en el lapso del día me notificarian por correo los datos para agregar el código para obtener el bono, deje pasar 2 días y no recibí ningún correo, hasta ahora van 3 semanas de mi registro y ni si quiera he obtenido el bono, así es que no pierdan su tiempo... no vale la pena, si así es al inicio no me imagino lo que pasaría si llego a solicitar un retiro, prefiero mejor no usarlo.
