Moramo vas obavijestiti da, prema Uvjetima i uvjetima za bonus, svi bonusi na depozit imaju maksimalan limit za isplatu - iznos bonusa x10. To znači da je maksimalni iznos koji možete podići 100 EUR
Vaše povlačenje je poništeno i stanje je korigirano na iznos koji se može podići - 100 EUR.
Molimo vas da kreirate novi zahtjev za isplatu i on će biti uskoro obrađen.

Ne ističem već na prvi zahtjev da postoji 100 eura max cashout ???
E pa sad čekam da dobijem rješenje od podrške kako da podignem 100 eura. Zato što nije moguće ponovo igrati prije nego što izvršim isplatu.

Ok, so I wanted to transfer all of my 220 euros via bank transfer.
After 3 days comb this mail:

We have to inform you that, according to the Bonus T&C, all Deposit Bonuses have the max cashout limit - the bonus amount x10. This means that the max amount you can withdraw is 100 EUR
Your withdrawal has been canceled and your balance has been corrected to the amount that can be withdrawn - 100 EUR.
We kindly ask you to create a new cashout request and it'll be processed shortly.

Ergo ist es nicht möglich Gewinne so abzuholen. Eine Auszahlungsanfrage dauert 3 Tage. Nur im dann einen Grund zu bekommen warum dies nicht möglich ist.

Ich mach der ersten Anfrage nicht schon darauf hingewiesen das es 100 Euro max cashout gibt???
Naja jetzt warte ich darauf eine Lösung vom Support zu bekommen wie ich die 100 Euro abhebe. Denn nochmal hochspielen ist auch nicht möglich bevor ich nicht eine Auszahlung gemacht habe.
