Had to get the ACGO and IGO involved. This casino is a joke and 45 business days is ridiculous as there is nobody even near or even over 10 days estimated from any other casino in Ontario under the regulations so they're going to investigate this casino and come to the conclusion they changed their terms and conditions constantly and that is inconsistency which the Igo will notice

First Bonus was 10 EURO.. Played that bonus.. But 2nd and 3rd part of the package is 25 EUR min deposit.. But I got emails saying that the 2nd deposit bonus and third deposit bonus had a min DEPOSIT of 10 EUROS just like the first deposit bonus. They said it was an old email and min deposit amount and wouldnt honour the fact that I deposited for the 2nd bonus with the MIN 10 EURO and I only get a "SORRY for your inconvienence"
