Problem sa depozitom. Prije pet dana sam položio novac na svoj kazino račun novac je uzet sa mog bankovnog računa, ali nije prikazan na mom kazino računu. Kontaktirao sam live chat i rekli su da moram poslati dokaz o uplati podršci što sam i učinio. primio sam ga sada 5 dana kasnije i još ga pregledavam. To je glupost moj novac je već na bankovnom računu i dobili su dokaz o uplati. Osim toga, zar nisu imali pristojnost da pošalju e-mail potvrde kada sam poslao dokaz o uplati da kažem da su dobili dokaz o uplati i da je pod pregledom.Također ne znam koja je svrha predstavnika korisnika na live chatu jer nijedan od pet sa kojima se bavim ne bi mogao riješiti moj problem.Opet loše upravljanje administracijom i LOŠI KLIJENT SERVIS. Koštalo me je dosta vremena i podataka već pet dana, a moj problem još uvijek nije riješen. Mislio sam da je kazino zabavno i opuštajuće igrati, ali izgleda da je stresnije od bilo čega drugog. Ja sam vrlo nezadovoljan kupac i ovo je sada treći put da se optužuje za isti problem. ne savjetujem nikome da igra na THUNDERBOLT-u.
Deposit problem.FIve days ago I deposited money into my casino account the money was taken from my bank account but not reflected in my casino account.I contacted live chat and they said I must sent proof of payment to support which I did.They have received it now 5 days later and still reviewing it.That is nonsense my money is already in there bank account and they got proof of payment.Furthermore didn't they when I sended proof of payment had the got the decentcy to send a confirmation email to say that they got the proof of payment and it's undereview.Also I don't know what is the customer representative purpose on live chat because not one of the five that I deal with could resolve my problem.Again poor administration management and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.It cost me alot of time and data for five days now and still my problem is not resolved. I thought a casino is fun and relaxing to play but it seems it's more stressful than anything else.I am a very unhappy customer and this is now the third time the same problem accused.Realy is this how the treat there customers .I won't advise anyone to play at THUNDERBOLT.
