Podneo sam povlačenje 31.10.2023. nakon čega se pokazalo da je uspešno obrađeno 01.11.2023. Rečeno mi je da će biti potrebno 3-5 radnih dana da sepa uplata bude izvršena na moj bankovni račun u UK, a sredstva nisu primljena. Pozvao sam svoju banku i rekli su da nema uplata. Moja banka je zatražila kod za praćenje/referentni broj za ovo odvojeno plaćanje kako bi mogli da ga prate, međutim Rolletto nastavlja da ignoriše moj zahtev za ovo putem e-pošte. Takođe sam kontaktirao "Bankeru" bankarsku instituciju koju Rolletto koristi za trgovanje kao Santeda International BV, savetovali su mi da zamolim Rolletto da ih kontaktira, ponovo sam putem e-pošte tražio da Rolletto kontaktira njihovu banku, moj zahtev je ignorisan. Poslali su mi pdf koji očigledno prikazuje uplatu kako je poslata, ali mi neće dati kod za praćenje kako bi moja banka mogla da vidi gde je uplata završila. Videti u prilogu.

The disputed amount sent is 2636.58 eur
I submitted a Withdrawal on the 31/10/2023 after which it was showing as processed successfully on the 01/11/2023. I was told it would take 3-5 business days for the sepa payment to be made to my UK bank account no funds have been receieved. I have called my bank and they have said there are no incoming payments. My bank have requested the tracking code/reference number for this sepa payment so they can track it however Rolletto keep ignoring my request for this via email. I have also contacted "Bankera" the banking institution which Rolletto use trading as Santeda International BV they advised me to ask Rolletto to contact them, again I asked via email for Rolletto to contact their bank my request was ignored. All I get back is

They have sent me a pdf apparently showing the payment as sent however will not provide me with the tracking code so my bank can see where the payment has ended up. Please See attached.
