I successfully turned over a bonus as I was able to win $40,000 close to the bonus being fully turned over. According to the bonus terms, the maximum allowed withdrawal was $10,000. In an attempt to recover the lost amount and reach the $10,000 withdrawal limit, I continued to play but was unsuccessful. His response included an inappropriate quote from Al Capone, which I found both unprofessional and dismissive of my genuine concerns.
