それから3日ほど経っても着金が確認できなかったたためライブチャットにて確認したところ銀行振込で原因不明のエラーが出たため、そのまま銀行振込を希望する場合は時間がかかるかもしれないので仮想通貨等の他の出金方法なら比較的早く対応が可能だと連絡を受けました。
しかしながらやはり、他の出金方法を試すには入金履歴が必要なため待つことにしたのですが、2日後に仮想通貨での出金を試そうと思いライブチャットにて連絡しました。
この時点で銀行振込による出金申請自体は承認されており、アカウント側に1400ドルがない状態だったため、一度アカウントに1400ドルを戻してほしい旨を連絡したもののこれにも時間がかかりどれくらいかかるか分からないという状態でした。
